Poodle Bar & Bistro is on the hunt for a hospitality legend to join our front-of-house management team We're looking for passionate individuals ready to bring good vibes and top-tier service to one of Fitzroy's most beloved venues.

Located on bustling Gertrude Street, Poodle is a hatted venue with a reputation for delivering exceptional experiences—from our French-leaning European menu to our ever-evolving cocktail list and award-winning wine selection.

We're looking for a supervisor who:

  • Is passionate about hospitality and eager to learn
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Has great communication and leadership skills
  • Has a current RSA (or are happy to get one)
  • Can keep cool and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Bring energy and professionalism to every shift

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing services and ensuring seamless operations of the restaurant
  • Opening and closing of the venue, cashing up
  • Writing the weekly roster and forecasting wages (we can train you how)
  • Upholding high standards of service
