We are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional dining experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play an essential part in creating a positive and efficient experience for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage front of house staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Oversee the seating and flow of guests to maximize efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with managing reservations and coordinating large group bookings.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing the till.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour.
- Knowledge of Greek cuisine or a passion for learning about it is a plus.
