
Brand Integration Director

Job Description
The role of a brand integration lead is pivotal in driving business growth through innovative solutions. This position requires collaboration with senior content leads to develop commercialisation strategies for new brands and content platforms.
Clear direction must be provided on packaging offerings for sales leads to enable their development. The delivery of internal rollouts of new opportunities to the wider commercial team is also essential.
Cross-functional collaboration with editorial and branded content teams is necessary to identify new avenues for brand integration within existing properties. Seasonal big bet advertiser opportunities aligned with cultural moments must be worked on to enhance business outcomes.
Client delivery must align with strategic visions post-sale, and project tracking systems must be implemented to monitor integrated content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior content leads to develop commercialisation strategies
Provide clear direction on packaging offerings for sales leads
Deliver internal rollouts of new opportunities to the wider commercial team

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a similar role within media, publishing, or creative agency environments
Demonstrated experience in shaping and commercialising content ideas across multiple platforms
Proven ability to develop compelling, insight-led branded content concepts and go-to-market materials
Strong track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects with clear ownership of timelines and outcomes
Exceptional ability to build trust and manage competing priorities across teams
Ability to balance creative development with revenue objectives, contributing to measurable growth
