We're partnering with a world-renowned global brand undergoing an exciting transformation and seeking a dynamic, strategic Head / Director of Brand to lead the evolution of their revitalised brand platform. This is a pivotal opportunity to influence how the world experiences an industry-leading name, across every touchpoint, every journey, and every story told.
As the guardian of long-term brand equity, you will drive sustainable, profitable growth while inspiring both internal stakeholders and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Lead the development and execution of a future-fit, globally resonant brand strategy.
- Translate the brand vision into clear, actionable frameworks across marketing, customer experience, and internal culture.
- Ensure consistent positioning that is culturally relevant and commercially impactful.
Brand Performance & Insights
Own brand health tracking and measurement, turning insights into opportunities.Report regularly to senior stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations to build brand equity and market perception.Cross-Functional Integration
Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, HR, and product teams to embed brand principles throughout the business.Champion brand-led thinking across all facets of the organisation.Governance & Consistency
Establish a modern, agile brand governance model.Ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across channels, platforms, and geographies.Agency & Partner Management
Lead relationships with global and regional creative partners.Drive best-in-class brand work that delivers both creative excellence and business results.Leadership & Advocacy
Act as a senior brand ambassador within the organisation.Mentor and inspire teams to drive brand excellence with creativity, discipline, and passion.Experience & Qualifications
10+ years' experience in brand management or strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a multinational environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced brand or strategy training a plus.Demonstrated success building and evolving global brands with measurable impact.A strategic thinker with creative flair and commercial focus.On offer is a 6 figure Tax Free salary and brilliant benefits, plus full relocation.
