**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented State Account Manager to take full responsibility for The Arnott's Group portfolio within the Queensland Independent channel. Being a senior member of the Independent Account team and Arnott's business unit, you will have opportunities to challenge the status quo and contribute strongly to Arnott's business unit and Independent team strategies.
This role is located at our Queensland state office in Virginia.
**The Accountabilities**
- Delivering key revenue, market share and execution metrics
- Managing wholesale and retailer customer relationships in state, including joint business plan development to maximise results
- Implementation and customisation of price and activity plans across the State
- Developing a strong partnership with the State Field Leadership team to deliver mutual targets; including execution planning, regular in-field coaching and selling tool development
- Collaborating with the National team to ensure plans, forecasts and supply are in place to deliver state targets

- Commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and IRI/Nielsen Scan
- Ability to deal with complexity
- Maintains composure under time pressure
- Excellent communicator
- Resilient problem solver and strategic thinker
- Understands the importance of internal alignment
- Previous Independents experience is an advantage
