**How will I Help?**

As the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Data Systems & Performance Consultant you will play a key role in keeping Westpac's people safe, using your passion, inquisitive nature and attention to detail.

The Data Systems and Performance Consultant plays a key role within the Employee Care team at Westpac, providing leadership over HSW data systems and determining performance insights that support Employee Care's strategic goals and objectives.

This role will partner with key stakeholders within the broader HR Shared Service function and across the Westpac Group to achieve continuous data systems improvement and innovation, identify critical HSW metrics and engage key stakeholders to maximise the Employee Care team's capabilities and value proposition. Your role will include:

- Oversee Employee Care's HSW data systems and performance function.
- Document and maintain business rules relating to HSW data management including a key issues library.
- Oversee and undertake data validation activities especially as they relate to Employee Care reporting for the Business, Executive and the Board.
- Assess change impacts to requirements when new needs or possible solutions are identified ensuring alignment with scope, change strategy and required timelines.
- Build capability within the Employee Care team regarding use of HSW data systems, self-service tools and data quality requirements.
- Continuously review and evolve Employee Care HSW data systems and performance metrics.
- Drive the achievement of Employee Care HSW data system and reporting deliverables by redesigning and/or improving systems, business processes, policies, information and data.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement self-service and data automation opportunities.
- Engage key stakeholders to design and develop predictive analytics tools that support Employee Care strategic planning processes and the development of key risk controls.
- Work with key stakeholders to determine and develop Employee Care performance insights and forecasts, HSW metrics and key risk dashboards.
