Data Analyst

We are looking for a curious-minded Data Analyst to join our tight-knit Insights and Analytics team.

Reporting into the Data Analytics Lead, you will play a key role in building the foundations of our analytics environment.

You will partner with the rest of the analytics team and various stakeholders across our business to deep dive into understanding their problems, pain-points, and work together to generate actionable and meaningful insights.

**You can also expect to;**
- Use statistics and analytics methodologies to identify relevant insights and convert them into actionable recommendations.
- Reporting the results back in both formal (presentations) or informal (sharing knowledge) discussions.
- Identifying relevant data sources and performing data exploration work (collecting, interpreting and cleaning data).
- Identify the best analytics solution to use (e.g. methodology to use, how to display the results).
- Be a part of the team that is building the next generation of analytics at Sonder.

- 2+ Years of experience as a data or insights analyst.
- 2+ Years of experience in databases (Oracle/Snowflake/SQLServer etc) as a data analyst. Exposure to the relevant tech stack is beneficial, but not essential. We can train the right person.
- Experience working with visualization tools (Tableau,Power BI, etc).
- Curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who aligns with our values.
- A relevant degree, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Studies, would be beneficial, but not essential.
