Troocoo are currently assisting a large Queensland State Government Department recruit their new Project Support Officer (AO3). This is an exciting opportunity to provide a high level of administrative support to the project team. This role is commencing ASAP for a 6-12 month temporary contract with opportunity to extend

This role will be located in Buderim, Queensland.

**About the role**:

- Coordinating and triaging multiple inboxes
- Conducting minor contract administration
- Spreadsheet and database management
- Developing project schedules and regularly monitor and report on the project budget, schedule and resource usage against key performance measures
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Auditing plans to ensure accuracy of information
- Other duties as required

**About you**
- Previous experience in project support/program support within large teams
- Government experience is highly regarded
- Ability to provide high-quality administrative support with strong attention to detail
- Government systems experience across correspondence
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage work priorities
