**Melbourne**, this newly created position the
**Delivery Manager - Mobility Platforms** is responsible working across the enterprise collaborating internally and externally across the Powershop/Shell Energy/Shell landscape to deliver unsurpassed mobility Platforms that embrace modern engineering, DevOps practices while implementing solutions the delight and WOW. Being agile and adaptive, you have a delivery bias for intuitive customer experience that are innovative and exciting. You are considered a driving force behind collaboration and improvements across people, process, and technology. You are energized by Influencing partners to deliver capability services and future enhancements, having worked across several stakeholder groups to achieve a common outcome.

With respect, integrity and honesty, you will:

- Deliver customer-centric technologies and recommendations from architecture and then supporting your team to adopt and maintain them at a platform/squad level;
- Deliver standards, frameworks and patterns to ensure that solutions/platforms conform to enterprise controls and industry best practices;
- Provide input into architecture decisions, software/technical evaluations and design of platforms and services;
- Introduce and maintain modern engineering practices. Champion code/architecture reviews to demonstrate robust solution designs, that embrace AWS/Salesforce/Data platforms best practices and approaches;
- Live and breathe observability, you build platforms that support high-quality at scale, using best practices in software delivery (DevOps, TDD, CI/CD). Your teams deliver systems with tools to gather actionable data that provides not only when of an error or issue, but—more importantly—the why;
- Partner with product owners to create, refine, estimate and elaborate your team's backlog of work and clarify ambiguity;
- Work with team members, architects, data scientists and/or business stakeholders as necessary to produce fit for purpose documentation/design (including coaching others to improve their designs); and
- Be accountable for the day to day relationships with partners and key vendors, cultivating trusted long-term relationships that deliver on outcomes that delight our customers.

- You are cloud-native bringing advanced understanding of security, network, demonstrate understanding of Cloud architecture patterns, Experience working with AWS Cloud environment;
- Your depth of technical and delivery knowledge of data platforms and tools enables you to collaborate with and positively influence broad communities of technical experts and stakeholders; and
- You are an innovative, capable leader that can ask questions that uncover false assumptions, uncover challenges and generate better solutions. You listen and don't rush to provide answers, your mindset is dialled into exploring ideas, prototyping solutions and experiments
