The Sales Estimating Team Leader reports to the Sales Estimating Manager and is part of the Sales Estimating team. The key focus of this role is to drive outcomes and provide support and mentoring to the team. More specifically, you will:

- Coordinate and allocate workflow for the team
- Work closely with Regional Sales and Operations Managers to help meet business objectives
- Be responsible for monitoring and training of the team, setting goals and objectives
- Assist with team with complex issues
- Continue with current Sales Estimating/Drafting responsibilities
