Our client is an FMCG company located in the Inner South East suburbs. They have a unique opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a strong growing business with growth plans over the coming couple of years.

**Role Overview**:
The HR Business Partner role has a strong focus on operations delivering HR advice and coaching to the management team and wider business. The main accountabilities for this role are focused on further implementation and development of HR frameworks, reporting, contributing to group-wide projects, as well as providing hands-on operational service and advice to the business.
- Previous experience in a HRBP or similar role
- Previous experience in a role partnering with operations
- Experience in HR Projects such as HRIS implementation / Contributing to L&D delivery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and oversee all elements of the employee lifecycle
- Recruitment for central office
- HR reporting
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice, and coaching to the management team
- Support all employee lifecycle activities, including performance planning and reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews, and annual people plan
- HR communications for the wider business
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and systems
