Opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a Hobart CBD based organisation

**Your new role**

The role of Learning & Development Manager reports directly to the Chief People Officer and leads a small and productive team. This role will be responsible for the creation and implementation of learning and development strategies across the organisation, as well as embedding the learning Management System.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will hold experience in the industry as well as the following:

- Experience leading a high performing team with a proven delivery track record.
- Passion for learning and development and proven experience creating and implementing impactful L&D programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of delivering compelling learning experiences and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in leading the design of content for blended learning programs - e-learning, videos, instructor led and mentoring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing team environment.
