Learning & Development Manager

**About the role**:
The Learning & Development Manager reports to the Director of Clinical Services and leads the Learning & Development team. This position oversees the coordination and delivery of training for nursing and support staff at Calvary Hobart, identifying long-term development needs and aligning them with organisational and strategic goals. The role fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
**Key qualifications and experience**:
Current registration with AHPRA and practising certificate
Postgraduate qualification in education
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Leadership experience in health care settings
Commitment to ongoing professional development
In-depth understanding of current nursing issues and practices
Passion for working in a mission-based organisation
