Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Bank Of Queensland Full time

**About the Role**
Looking to kickstart your career in banking and financial crime? This could be your moment. As a KYC Refresh Analyst at BOQ Group, you'll be part of a team that plays a vital role in keeping our customer records accurate and our bank compliant with AML/CTF regulations.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll be reaching out to customers—both over the phone and digitally—to validate and update their information. You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload, updating customer details in our systems, and making sure everything is handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.

You'll also be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, clear communication, and doing the right thing. Whether you're working through a complex case or helping a customer understand what's needed, you'll be contributing to a bigger purpose—protecting the integrity of our bank and supporting our customers.
**About you**

You're organised, detail-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You take pride in your work, meet your targets, and know when to ask for help or escalate an issue. Most importantly, you're curious, adaptable, and ready to grow your career in a space that really matters. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
