Customer Experience Specialist

Job Opportunity
This role offers a chance to work in the Know Your Customer (KYC) contact team and contribute to enhancing Bank of Queensland's regulatory requirements.
As a Kyc Refresh Analyst, you will perform outbound and inbound calls from home opportunities (50% once completed training), working full-time hours to ensure that customers' details are up-to-date and meet due diligence standards.
You will liaise directly with customers to process, update, and verify their identification and verification details, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As part of a collaborative team who work hard but enjoy each other's company, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will possess experience in customer service, a background dealing with diverse customers, and a natural ability to solve problems with empathy.
They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate complex information clearly.
