**About the Role**
An opportunity has arisen for a KYC Onboarding Analyst who will be supporting a high performing Asset Finance team.

The purpose of the role is to complete the onboarding of new to bank customers through correctly identifying (in accordance with BOQ's KYC standards & within regulatory requirements) parties aiding in the management of AML risk on commercial transactions for BOQ Finance.

KYC Onboarding Analysts are involved in building and maintaining strong working relationships with our introducer networks to ensure individual and Non-Individual customer details are collected in accordance with BOQ's KYC standards.

This role requires working to a very high level of accuracy, insuring our Customer Identification Guidelines are followed for the KYC process to meet regulatory requirements

The key responsibilities include:

- Manage AML risk on commercial transactions for BOQ Finance and building and maintaining strong working relationships with our introducer networks
- Insure KYC onboarding is completed with our Customer Identification Guidelines to meet regulatory requirements
- Completion of KYC onboarding within banking core systems working to a very high level of accuracy

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have the below skills, knowledge and experience:

- High level of attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to forge strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of AML / CTF legislation.
- Prior experience within financial services industry, relevant to customer KYC and customer on-boarding desirable
