About the role:
We're looking for someone to join our team as a part-time P&C Operations Administrator, supporting the People & Culture Operations team across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll help ensure smooth HR operations by preparing internal offer letters, maintaining accurate employee data in SuccessFactors, producing month-end reports, and upholding compliance and filing standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, values teamwork, and is looking to make a meaningful contribution in a supportive and fast-paced HR environment

What Your Days Look Like:
Prepare, review, and issue internal offer letters in line with ANZ compensation guidelines and confidentiality requirements
Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Generate and share month-end reports to support the P&C Operations team with key insights
Manage physical and digital filing systems, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards
Work closely with P&C Business Partners, payroll, and shared services teams to resolve data issues and support smooth processes
The Ingredients for success:
Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accurate data.
Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach to work, with the ability to anticipate and address needs
