About the Role The Executive Director, Strategic Policy and Data Analytics is a
key member of the department's senior leadership team.
The
role leads the development of financial management policy, drives
budget performance, and delivers strategic advice and data-driven
insights to support reform initiatives and inform government
decision making.
It offers a unique opportunity to shape policy
direction and contribute to the prosperity of South Australia
through evidence-based leadership and innovation.
About You You are an accomplished leader with: Expertise in financial management, economics, accounting, public policy or related fields.
Proven ability to lead strategic, data driven policy development and provide high level advice on complex issues.
Demonstrated success leading high performing teams and cross-government initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and political judgement skills.
A commitment to professionalism, cultural inclusion, risk management and ethical leadership.
