Senior Policy and Project Officer - Data and Analytics Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Policy and Project Officer, focusing on data analysis and strategy. The role will involve coordinating the development and implementation of strategic directions, complex policies, and procedures that enhance service delivery within the Aboriginal Practice and Partnerships (APP) portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the development and implementation of strategic directions, complex policies, and procedures that enhance service delivery.
  2. Provide meaningful data contributing to policy development by coordinating expert advice, evidence-based planning, and reporting.
  3. Consult and develop strong partnerships with departmental divisions and stakeholders to coordinate evidence-based planning and reporting.
  4. Identify and promote system improvements and innovative solutions using data analysis.
Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
