Strategic Policy and Data Analytics Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our senior leadership team as the Strategic Policy and Data Analytics Director. In this role, you will lead the development of financial management policy, drive budget performance, and deliver strategic advice and data-driven insights to support reform initiatives and inform government decision making.

  • You possess expertise in financial management, economics, accounting, public policy or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic, data-driven policy development and provide high-level advice on complex issues.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and cross-government initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and political judgment skills.
