**How will I help?**

An exciting opportunity is available for a Service Delivery Manager within the Database & Middleware Platform Services (DMPS) in Group Technology. This role will be primarily working to develop and support strategy implementation, support finance management and delivery learning and development framework capability for the Portfolio.

In addition, you will work closely with Infrastructure teams and LOBs to ensure committed outcomes are communicated and understood.

Your key responsibilities may include:

- Managing and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all changes impacting a service are understood, accepted, and communicated.
- Ensuring that all aaService priorities are addressed in a timely manner, minimising impact to both the business and customer.
- Overseeing the end-to-end service delivery provided to the division by GroupTech and our partners across plan / run.
- Assisting with the delivery of reports on events to communicate and maintain awareness of the performance of the process, including measurement against agreed metrics.
- Managing and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all changes impacting a service are understood, accepted, and communicated.
- Ensuring critical IP is documented, improved, and protected in accordance with agreed knowledge management practices and principles.
- Ensuring technology risk is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks.
- Contributing to the review and evaluation of all major issues, problems and incidents undertaken to seek efficiencies and improvements that will underpin the key Operations stability KPIs across the enterprise.

To be successful in this role, you will have Agile leadership experience, customer focused mindset, and be self-driven. In addition to this, your skills may also include:

- Framework and Process development skills to develop and expand team capabilities.
- Strong determination to lead solution implementation to achieved target outcomes.
- Sound communication skills evidenced through previous outcomes.
- Business analysis and solution design capability to develop and drive outcomes on behalf of customer requirements & demands.

Exposure to infrastructure management, particularly within the database and/or middleware solutions would be advantageous.
