The Self-Insurance Compliance and Audit Officer is responsible for ensuring the organisation adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to self-insured workers' compensation programs.
This role involves monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and providing guidance to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the self-insurance program.Essential Job FunctionsExecute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to proceduresCollaborate with senior analysts and managersParticipate in process improvement projects and data analysisAssist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assuranceEnsure compliance with established standards and proceduresSupport senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reportingAssist in updating and maintaining process documentationWork with the team to meet performance targets and quality standardsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 2+ years of relevant work experienceProven experience in business process transactionsProficiencies in business process management and optimizationA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther QualificationsRelevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plusAbout DXCDXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) helps global companies run their mission critical systems and operations while modernising IT, optimising data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.
