Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Regulatory Compliance team plays a vital role in ensuring our global operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.

We partner with stakeholders to classify products and ensure compliance for product listings. Our team designs scalable solutions that balance technology-driven and human decision-making processes, prioritizing innovation and inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Review product information against regulatory documentation
  • Classify products using Amazon tools and address deviations from SOPs
  • Prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to SOP refinement

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Problem-solving abilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bahasa B1+ proficiency in verbal and written communication
