Job Title: Corporate Capability Manager

The role of Corporate Capability Manager is a key position within the organization, responsible for delivering high-quality capability development programs and initiatives aligned to departmental priorities.

This manager will provide strong leadership, corporate, and management expertise as part of a thriving and high-performing team. They will establish and expand internal and external partnerships and stakeholder engagement, providing specialist advice and preparation of reports, briefings, and correspondence.

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of capability development programs and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership, corporate expertise, and management skills.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Develop and prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence.
Responsibilities:
  • Instigate the development of guidelines, rules, regulations, procedures, or instructions.
  • Analyze organizational design and formulate strategic plans for staff and organizational development.
