This role is vital in ensuring the timely provision and management of quotes and the processing of orders via our CRM & SAP systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
- Generation of quotes and following up with clients once received.
- Implement procedures to ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through Salesforce.
- Using Salesforce reports, ensure that all quotes and activities are followed up by the sales department.
- Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
- Process, Order & manage approved quotes..
