Customer Quotation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage customer requests and respond promptly to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action sales quotes within 24-48 hours in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.
  • Monitor and track progress of all service sales quotes under $1500 sent directly to customers.
  • Service Sales reporting on current and forecasted sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Microsoft Office suite experience
