Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join our team as a Ports and Maritime Infrastructure Leader. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.
This position requires a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, technically complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine infrastructure.
You will provide strategic technical direction and leadership across project lifecycles, mentoring engineers at all levels to support capability development and succession planning. You will also ensure rigorous compliance with local and international maritime codes and standards, while proactively managing risk and safety considerations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver large-scale, technically complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine infrastructure
Provide strategic technical direction and leadership across project lifecycles
Mentor engineers at all levels to support capability development and succession planning
Ensure rigorous compliance with local and international maritime codes and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in structural engineering, particularly in ports and marine projects. A recognised qualification in engineering technology or a similar field is essential. Additionally, you should have proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
A track record of technical expertise delivering ports and marine projects is also required. You should have advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environments.
