**What's Involved**:
We're looking for a dynamic Venue Manager to take the reins at Tamar Ridge - an iconic wine destination perched above the Tamar River. From intimate tastings and seasonal activations to high-end events and wine-led experiences, this role offers the opportunity to shape on of Tasmania' most scenic cellar doors into a hub of excellence, innovation and connection.
You'll work closely with our onsite friends at Turner Stillhouse - makers of award-winning spirits - to create joint experiences that showcase the best of the region. From cellar door to stillhouse, it's a unique opportunity to lead in a collaborative and vibrant visitor destination.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact - blending creative event execution, team development and strong commercial acumen. If you're ready to lead a passionate team, champion cool-climate wines and take Tamar Ridge to new heights, we want to hear from you.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Minimum 8 years' management experience in hospitality, tourism or events.
- Strong background in delivering premium guest experiences, ideally in hospitality or regional tourism.
- Proven success in planning and executing events and seasonal activations.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead a multi-faceted venue.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Current Driver's License.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Flexibility to wok weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Willingness to travel regionally and interstate as required.
