
Senior Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Venue Operations Manager to lead our waterfront site on Tasmania's East Coast.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract local and international clients to the venue.
- Manage daily operations and provide necessary direction to achieve objectives and increase revenue.
- Oversee the winning, operations, planning and budget of key events.
- Effectively prioritize competing demands between clients and staff.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team.
Key Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in tourism and hospitality.
- A hands-on approach with strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully train, guide and mentor staff.
- A proven record of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Relocation assistance will be considered. We understand your skills, knowledge, attitude and experience will be rare, and we will negotiate to ensure you are adequately remunerated.
