A government program is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation (T&E) Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of testing and evaluation for complex systems. This role is critical to ensuring that systems meet operational requirements and safety standards through rigorous planning, execution, and review of T&E activities.

**Your day at NTT**
- Develop and maintain the Test & Evaluation Strategy aligned with project objectives and compliance standards.
- Ensure readiness of T&E environments, including tools, data, and system configurations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, ICT Security, Configuration, and Change Management teams to align testing activities.
- Lead and mentor teams in best practices for T&E, including conducting independent reviews.
- Plan and manage end-to-end T&E activities within the constraints of architecture and design policies.
- Maintain and improve T&E processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with TRAMM and Land Materiel Safety Manual standards.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Extensive experience in software testing, evaluation, and validation within government or complex systems environments.
- Strong knowledge of TRAMM, Land Material Safety Manual, and military safety and risk management frameworks.
- Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring in T&E practices.
- Experience with C4I systems, networks, and associated software design, build, and test functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or IT (Software); Chartered or CSEP certification highly desirable.
- Familiarity with WHS legislation and military safety standards applicable to hazard and risk management.
