Large Federal Government Agency responsibleforAustralia and its national interests, promoting security and stability, and supporting the Australian community.
About the role
The T&E Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and reporting onAgency Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities.
The T&E manager actively works to support Agency Product Teams in their ability to validate products.
Additionally, the T&E Manager is responsible for assisting external stakeholders, such as the larger test community including OT&E Manager in the planning, conduct and reporting on Agency materiel.
Duties
Test Procedures management, inclusive of review and approvals
Execution of Test Procedures and accurate recording of results
Analyse test results and report test outcomes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Analyse and store objective quality evidence against requirements
Provide support to Product Teams conducting DT&E, to ensure accurate, timely and consistent testing of developed Agency materiels
Skills & experience
Australian Government, Defence and/or Defence Industry experience
Acceptance Test and Evaluation (AT&E) in the Defence environment
Proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems (desktop and server)
Strong networking skills.
Proficient with subnets, routers, firewalls and switches
DevSecOps inclusive of Test Automation
Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) experience
Military operations knowledge
Systems engineering
Test Management using Zephyr Squads – Jira
Experience with hypervisor technologies and the testing of virtual machines
