Seeking a skilled Leasing Administrator to support retail leasing deals.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity for an experienced Leasing Administrator to provide administrative support across the leasing team and wider property group.
- Prepare and draft retail leasing documents, disclosure packs and offers to lease.
- Accurately prepare and finalise documents for execution.
- Manage lease transaction files and ensure documentation is compliant.
- Update and improve leasing management systems and databases.
- Conduct property-related searches.
- Liaise with solicitors, tenants and internal stakeholders.
- 2+ years' experience in commercial lease administration or paralegal background with relevant documentation experience.
- Strong knowledge of leases, property management and reporting systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
