Corporate Governance Specialist Opportunity
As a Corporate Governance Advisor with a leading financial services company, you will be part of a high-performing team based in Sydney.
About the Role:
Support the preparation and distribution of agendas, papers, and meeting materials across Board forums.
Draft minutes, track follow-ups, and support the implementation of decisions made by the Board.
Maintain governance documentation, registers, and policies, including conflicts of interest records.
Assist with external reporting obligations, Board effectiveness reviews, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Build strong internal relationships across legal, risk, and executive teams to achieve business objectives.
About You:
Experience in a Board Secretariat or Governance support role is essential.
