As a Float Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our float centre while delivering top-notch service to our valued clients.

**What You'll Do**:
**Operational Excellence**:
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to Workplace Health & Safety standards.
- Lead by example in promoting safe work practices and proactive hazard management.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of centre operations, from cleaning and upkeep to water chemistry testing.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Embrace your role as a brand ambassador, embodying City Cave's mission statement in all interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Float Therapist to strengthen ties with local businesses and elevate our community presence.
**Commercial Growth**:
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth by acting on customer call lists.
- Manage stock control and reporting, aligning with management directives.
- Support the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving commercial objectives.
**Leadership & Teamwork**:
- Foster a positive and productive workplace through active engagement in staff relationships and satisfaction initiatives.
- Assist in managing HR-related matters, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
**Reporting & Administration**:
- Handle internal operational reporting requirements efficiently.
- Follow company leave policies by managing leave, illness, and injury reporting effectively.
**Communication & Collaboration**:
- Communicate professionally and effectively, contributing to a culture of open and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with the team to create a cohesive and efficient work environment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Demonstrated commitment to Workplace Health & Safety practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.78 - $38.34 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:
- Phone manner: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
