We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our marketing strategy and communications.
Our dynamic, fast-paced and friendly team environment will suit an energetic, self-starter with a can-do attitude that is skilled in marketing and able to co-ordinate a team of marketing specialists.
This is a great opportunity for you to take ownership of the role and contribute to the companies growth You will be provided with all the support and product training you need, and work in a collaborative, fun team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement the marketing strategy
- Manage the annual marketing budget, and prepare, analyse and present marketing reports and metrics
- Manage campaigns, projects and marketing initiatives end-to-end, setting and reporting on measurable goals
- Develop and lead a marketing team, fostering a passionate and collaborative team that lives our core values
- Collaborate and manage internal and external stakeholders, to deliver projects on time, budget and specification
- Coordinate compelling marketing content, that drives customer engagement and lead generation
- Analyse current data and prepare marketing forecasts.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
- Coordinate design and print of catalogues, brochures, and promotional marketing initiatives
- Implement a digital marketing automation platform to build and schedule marketing campaigns

- You have a high degree of self-motivation and drive
- You are an energetic, team-player who loves working with people
- Strong project management skills - scoping, executing, and minimizing deviation.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Strategic Marketing Management
- Proven track record of creating engaging successful campaigns and leading a team
- Proven success working to deadlines and within a fast paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and agencies
- Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills; open to constructive feedback
