Our client has a group of companies working together as a one-stop shop that covers employment, training, health care, real estate and media organisations.

Our client's current marketing team has been the driving force behind their recent success. After over-achieving quarterly targets for the last four years, our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead them to achieve their future plans.

Our client is currently looking for Marketing Manager to work in their Sydney head office with the right attitude, knowledge, experience, and skills to be part of their team that drives strategy implementation across all business operations.

Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for taking the lead in developing and executing comprehensive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

With a direct internal report and budget control, you will have complete responsibility for the strategies that not only deliver against brand growth and product-specific lead generation objectives but work alongside sales as they turn marketing-generated conversations into new customers.

We are looking for someone who is data-driven and commercial, with proven experience driving business growth. On offer is an autonomous role with full accountability and the ability to define your own career path in a highly engaging department and business.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement the national marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase our market presence and brand recognition, including digital, social media, content, SEO, and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage marketing budgets and provide ROI reports.
- Conducting market research, seeking knowledge of the clients and the market
- Produce marketing content led by your research and strategy.
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to increase brand exposure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to maximise joint promotional opportunities.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders and design mutual interest for both parties.
- Identify new business initiatives and develop strategies and forecasting support.
- Work on further defining target audiences for our b2b and offline marketing strategy.
- Develop our brand further according to our business model and target audience and oversee the creation of an official brand guide.
- Identify campaigning opportunities throughout the industry and manage campaigns.
- Manage the entire marketing process, so you must be skilled in both the strategy and 'the big picture side and be up to date with the latest and greatest regarding social media-related things.
- Maintain and update all digital platforms, such as websites and social media, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Outlining basic framework for landing pages and websites to assist the design and development teams.
- Maintain a well-kept website both functionally and aesthetically.
- Develop a social media strategy across all our channels.
- Manage Social Media Channels and create content.
- SEO Optimisation
- Creating direct response marketing strategies (KPIs focused) that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, and layouts that are designed to sell.
- Work with departments and managers to motivate the team to deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Please contribute to the team by identifying areas to improve our marketing plan.
- Work with the operations team to establish new venue opportunities for hosting events with local schools, communities and corporates.
- Coordinate developing and producing print, digital and multimedia material to support the campaigns and media strategies.
- Establish cross-promotional opportunities with allied health, medical clinic, shopping centres and other relevant businesses.
- Work with vendors to create promotional material, including signage, print advertising, social media and website content.
- Optimise marketing strategies across venues through campaigns and promotions.
- Track performance and report to management to work out milestones and monthly and quarterly goals, budgets, and strategies.
- Formulate marketing policies and procedures.

**About you**
- Relevant qualifications and training in digital, marketing, or another relevant field.
- At least four (4) years of local experience in B2B & B2C growth marketing, with strengths in digital channel management and nurture programs.
- Proven experience creating and delivering marketing strategy and tactical plans for always-on channels and segmented campaigns.
