**The Role - Key Interest Points**:

- **Reports to** our Head of Operational Risk who is building a team of high performing professionals who make a tangible difference to the lives of the people we employ.
- **Coordinates and implements **daily WHSE duties and related projects including, but not limited to: WHSE Management Systems, WHSE Internal Audit and WHSE Training.
- **Assists **the National WHSE Manager with WHSE matters including Incident and Investigation management, contract management, reporting, projects and general business support.
- **Supports **the establishment, implementation and ongoing monitoring of WHSE Management Systems across all of our entities to ensure achievement and subsequent compliance to AS/NZ 45001 and AS/NZ 14001.
- **Is full-time and permanent** with flexible working options and a requirement to be based at our Laverton site initially for 2-3 days per week.

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- **A qualification in WHSE**:Minimum Certificate IV.
- **A foundation of safety industry experience at Coordinator or Advisor level**:Ideally, we'd like to see 3 years of experience in a safety role from any industry sector. We can teach you about materials handling equipment
- **Internal safety audit experience** of some level would be advantageous.
