We are on an exciting journey as we unite two great brands under one dynamic business. As such we're seeking a
**Network Optimisation Manager** to be a crucial part of our Online Fulfilment team, driving the execution of our Kmart & Target Online Fulfilment strategy. You'll be at the forefront, owning the development of our Fulfilment Strategy and network plan, shaping the future of retail in Australia.

The role requires you to attend both Offices based in Mulgrave and Wiliams Landing, with flexibility to travel to Distribution Centre's located interstate.

**What you'll be doing**

As a
**Network Optimisation Manager** working for Kmart and Target you will:

- Play a pivotal role in developing our fulfilment network strategy to deliver the required capacity at the lowest cost, leveraging stores and CFCs.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to define and implement online fulfilment orchestration rules, aimed at coordinating the flow of orders, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring timely deliveries to our customers.
- Take ownership of the development of the network plan, optimizing it to deliver the current and future state of fulfilment.
- Manage the reporting of performance for all fulfilment optimization initiatives necessary to achieve our network strategy.
- Oversee the reporting of network performance, volume forecasting, and the execution of order orchestration, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our fulfilment operations.

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- Experience in online fulfilment processes within an omni-channel business, showcasing your understanding of end-to-end ecommerce fulfilment operations.
- Proven exposure to project and / or program management, demonstrating your ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement within a fulfilment network.
- An analytical mindset to decipher data and make informed decisions that propel our fulfilment strategy forward.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A sound understanding of financial management and the ability to align operational decisions with successful business drivers.
