Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a high-performing vendor network that supports the collection, processing, and transport of recyclable materials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a high-performing vendor network aligned with company pillars.
  • Analysing and negotiating optimal commercial and service outcomes.
  • Resolving conflicts and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting site/vendor visits to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Driving network optimisation and formalising agreements through contract execution.
  • Championing safety compliance and environmental standards.
