Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Calibration Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of our network and scheduling systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Network & Scheduling (N&S) systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, calibrate systems, and identify optimisation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Capture and manage both functional and technical requirements for Network & Scheduling (N&S) systems.
  • Maintain system calibration, configuration, and conduct testing for new software releases.
  • Provide end-user training and support across Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop visualisations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform system health-checks during upgrades.
  • Identify and model network optimisation initiatives using Amadeus SkySuite.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and track implementation outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
