**About the role**
We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Team Leader, who has strong communication skills, both written and verbal and who has strong organisational and time management skills. This role will focus on sourcing and identifying IT talents for some of the world's largest companies and managing key stakeholders whilst supporting our clients' active recruitment needs. In addition to day to day recruitment activity you will have responsibility for the effective operation of a growing team of Delivery Consultants.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- People management & motivation.
- Managing workloads within the team.
- Taking job orders from existing clients and managing the full recruitment process.

**Skills and Experience**
- The ability to multi-task, and manage priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- People Management / Leadership.
- Ability to self-manage, and work autonomously as well as within a team
- Ability to take direction and learn new systems and processes when needed
- Previous experience in a talent delivery or recruitment consultant role
- Great attitude, with a friendly and approachable personality

We also encourage parents returning to work and offer 2 days at home and 3 in office, plus a half day Friday.
