About the role

An opportunity to take ownership of a critical portfolio and deliver a true business partnering service to our leadership team across NSW and QLD.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Operational Recruitment Team.

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for the national end-to-end recruitment of leadership roles across our operations for Global Express NSW and QLD.

As a newly created position, this is a fantastic opportunity to make this role your own, take ownership of business-critical regions and set up true partnerships with key business functions and senior leaders. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will have a strong sense of team, will be engaging and consultive and have a partner mindset at the heart of the relationships. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication and people skills holds you in high regard.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities- Partner and guide stakeholders, providing industry insights from initial intent to go to market, right through to offers and contracts.-
- Partner closely with HR colleagues.About you
