Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in developing a robust talent acquisition strategy that drives business outcomes and enhances our company culture.

Drive process improvements, foster a learning culture across the team, and leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following expertise:

- Proven leadership experience, including leading through significant change initiatives.

- Experience in workforce planning and executing against capability programs.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships with senior leaders.

- Growth mindset, proactively seeking new ways to enhance our function.

- Brand Ambassador, leveraging social media platforms to promote personal and professional brand.

- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

- Project leadership experience, preferably with agile methodology.
