An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, professional person to join our professional accounting team, based at our Belmont office working closely with our IT Manager and Innovation Team.

This position demands a fast, efficient, detail-oriented person with strong technical skills who can handle several tasks at once in our team-based environment.

**The role involves but is not limited to**:

- Provide IT support to Byfields staff and Directors
- Develop and present staff training - face-to-face, Zoom, Teams
- Investigate and research new products that may benefit Byfields
- Write systems and procedures
- Provide staff with tips and tricks

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- A minimum of Level 1 IT Support Training or willing to study
- Proactive with maintaining high-functioning office equipment
- A passion for IT and Innovation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint & Azure AD preferable
- Ability to manage and support Microsoft environments including Windows desktop and servers
- Experience with VOIP preferable
- Experience with project implementation preferable
- Ability to write new systems and procedures
- Research and investigative talents
- Good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Problem solving abilities/analytically minded
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- A collaborative, proactive, innovative approach
- Be agile/flexible
- Ability to travel to country offices essential as required
