We are a Management Consultancy in the Perth CBD specialising in the mining sector, providing Pronto Xi and Cost Management solutions across Australia. We specialise in Pronto Xi ERP and have developed and delivered many unique solutions for our clients. Above everything else, we pride ourselves on our client focus and relationship-based services.

Our clients are from all levels across the mining and mining services sectors. To meet the growing demand for our services, we have an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Pronto consulting team.

We are looking for savvy professionals who are team players passionate about Pronto and designing, building and delivering "Gold Standard" financial and operational Pronto systems and processes.

Our business is helping our clients to do their business better and get more value from their Pronto Xi system.

About you

  • Five plus years experience in accounting or systems accounting using Pronto Xi ERP software
  • Experience in the Mining/Mining Services/Engineering industries is desirable
  • Enjoy challenges and problem-solving with your advanced analytical skills
  • Results focussed with a strong "can do" attitude
  • Excellent personal, written and communication skills
  • Professional, confident, and enthusiastic approach to your work

Your primary duties depending on experience may include but are not limited to:

  • Pronto support – mining-related modules
  • Module/Process review making improvement recommendations,
  • Designing and implementing system and process enhancements
  • Chart of accounts and project structure design and recommendation
  • Project managing client enhancement & upgrade projects
  • Report writing using the various Pronto & BI reporting solutions
  • Training client staff
  • Building positive long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, IT or a related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualification is desirable
  • Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
