**The Sussex Hotel in Walkerville is reopening this December after a major renovation, and we're gearing up for a massive summer season We're seeking passionate hospitality staff to join our team.**

We have multiple casual vacancies and are looking for experienced hospitality staff to work in the following areas and roles at the Sussex Hotel, part of Matthews Hospitality Group

Restaurant, Lounge, and Beer Garden
- Food Service/Wait Staff
- Bartenders
- Baristas
- F&B Supervisor/DMs

If you are a positive, friendly, reliable, and hard-working person with any of the following qualifications and experience in hospitality, we would love to see you at one of our recruitment events
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Responsible Service of Gaming
- TAB/Keno
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Certificate in Hospitality
- Certificate in Cookery
- Food Safety Supervisor
- Barista Course/Experience

Successful applicants must be available throughout December and January and willing to work Christmas and/or New Year; the employment start date will be in the last week of November.
