Spark Event Group are recruiting for a range of casual staff to join our Major Event's Team for the 2025 Australian Open. We are seeking people who are highly motivated, possess a can-do attitude, show initiative, and have a passion to make the event experience as great as it can be for patrons

**We are recruiting for a range of positions including**:
- Arena & Show Court Ushers
- Turnstile Staff
- Lift Assistants
- Hydration Staff
- Relief Staff
- Contingency Staff
- Workforce Services / Staff Sign On
**It is essential that you make yourself available for the first 11 days of the tournament from 12th - 23rd January.**
**Qualities we seek out**:
- You are passionate about the Sports, Events, and Entertainment Industry
- You are motivated, and possess a can-do attitude towards making the event experience as great as it can be for patrons
- You are friendly, positive, outgoing, and have great communication skills
- You are a great team player who knows how to cooperate effectively with the team
- The ability to work collaboratively and achieve role goals is a must
- You display empathy, cultural awareness, and align with the values of excellence, humility, loyalty and teamwork
- You actively seek to understand the views of others to ensure everyone at each event you work on feels included, including patrons and your teammates
- You are willing to learn, grow, and make your positive mark in events
**Mandatory Requirement - **Valid paid employee Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
- Penalty rates
