**The role**:

- Event operations and logistics experience required
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and build strong client and supplier relationships
- Strong project management abilities - planning, coordinating and successful delivery of the event content and collateral for the conference preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Event Management
- EventsAIR (or similar events software) knowledge essential
- Group travel management experience including management of group flights and accommodation blocks (GDS system knowledge preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage events of 80-400pax delegates from end to end
- Demonstrated ability to develop and follow critical paths and meet deadlines from start to finish

**Salary & benefits**:

- $70K-80K plus super plus travel allowance
