**How you'll make a difference **

As an IT & Facilities Help Desk Analyst with TechnologyOne you will manage, support and service requests to provide a world-class, dynamic and future focused environment for our people in each office.

**What you'll be doing **
- Providing IT and Facilities support, services and operating cycles; ensuring each interaction delivers a compelling customer experience
- Identifying improvements and recommending changes
- Executing technical changes to systems and physical environment
- Managing IT, WHS, security & privacy incidents and issues on a timely basis with appropriate incident reporting, supporting the identification and resolution of root causes to minimise future occurrences
- Meeting service level targets, and ensuring timely, suitable and adequate stakeholder communications in all activities
- Building strong working relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
- Ensuring thorough investigation and execution of activities prior to referring to resolver groups or vendors
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends, and developing plans to evolve the IT and physical environment to improve workplace efficiency and employee engagement

- Experience in an in-person, virtual and over-the-phone customer service focused role, keeping calm and considered under pressure while delivering outcomes
- A fast-learner and self-starter, someone who has the stamina and can hit the ground running in our fast-changing, dynamic environment
- Having a positive, can-do attitude and being a team player
- Having attention to detail, taking pride in driving quality outcomes efficiently even with competing priorities
