**About the Role**

As Community Solutions continues to grow, we now have an opportunity available for a full-time **Customer Solutions Coordinator **to join our team. Reporting to the Business Lead (NDIS & Community), this role will be a pivotal point of contact for all NDIS Specialist Services enquiries providing high level customer service and acting as an important information link for NDIS client referrals and leads.

**Other key duties will include**:

- Providing a friendly and positive welcome to our NDIS clients and other stakeholders over the phone, offering support and information as requested
- Maintaining client spreadsheets recording caseload volumes and other service data ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Preparing and completing NDIS Onboarding Documents for our Support Coordination and Behavioural Support teams
- Supporting the activities of the wider administrative team by taking overflow incoming calls and assisting with the preparation of various documents

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You are a confident communicator and a true people person
- Some knowledge of the NDIS and experience providing a high level of information and guidance to clients and their family members
- Experience working in a high call environment as a part of an administration/client service team
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Extensive administration experience, compliance capabilities and IT skills - particularly with Excel
- Ability to draft and format complex written documents, including NDIS related documents and reports

**Additional requirements**:

- Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with Permanent Work Rights - excludes visas with Temporary Work Rights
- A current **Blue Card** (Working with Children Check) and **NDIS Worker's Screening Check Card, **or the willingness to gain these clearances if successful. We will reimburse you the cost of these checks on commencing.
- Willingness to undertake a specific **"Fit2Work" Police Check**:

- Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the QLD Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or have a valid exemption).
